Protecting value.Managing risk.
Unresolved conflict is one of the most underestimated risks in business. Structured mediation offers a fast, confidential and commercially focused alternative to litigation — restoring alignment and protecting continuity.
“Senior leaders don't lose time because of conflict. They lose time because of unresolved conflict.”

Where mediation matters most
- 01Supplier & procurement disputes
- 02Contractual & commercial disagreements
- 03Partnership & joint venture conflicts
- 04Internal commercial tensions impacting delivery
Approach
Seven stages.
Each stage moves parties from entrenched positions toward a workable, mutually agreed outcome. Mediation is a fluid process and here are some generic stages.
Pre-mediation meeting
Mediator meets with both sides in a joint meeting to clarify the mediation process.
Mediation meeting: Opening statements
Equal opportunity for both sides to share their position, clarify risks and objectives.
Exploring the dispute
Joint and private sessions to clarify issues and rebuild communication.
Generating options
Surface commercially viable options aligned to business priorities.
Choosing & negotiating
Test, refine and negotiate the options that best fit both sides.
Agreement or deadlock
Agree on the details of the mediation agreement — or next steps.
Follow-through
Mediation report provided and signed by all parties.
